These terms and conditions govern the sales of products (“product or products”) and provisions of services (“service or services”) by YONG HONG (THAILAND) Co., Ltd. Any acceptance of Seller's offer by buyer is the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any order made by buyer shall constitute the Buyer's assent to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Sale
1.1. Products on www.pumpular.com are old stock but never used before. Items are sold in AS-IS. The external condition of the product may not be new and store does not accept to fix the external condition of the product in any way.
2.2 For items that are electric driven or built-in with motor, we will test the use of the product before delivery every time to confirm that every product is still working.
- Customers can ask the store to send a VDO clip of product testing before every trade.
If customer receives product without checking, it is considered that customer has consented and confirmed the order with acceptance of product condition.
3.3 Since products are sold in AS-IS condition, the price is cheaper than buying a new product and than other in the market. The product is neither guaranteed nor warrantied.

We can arrange 3 modes of transportation and each has a minimum size and weight to deliver as follows:
– By air, a minimum weight is half of kilogram
– By sea, a minimum size or volume = 1 cubic meter or 1000 kilograms (each country has a difference calculated)
– By road truck, a minimum weight is 1 kilogram
4.Cancellation Policy
Customer can cancel the order any time prior to payment made.
In case customer cancels order before delivery made but after payment has been done, www.pumpular.com will charge cancellation fee on order due to extra process and expense occurred.
www.pumpular.com will not accept any cancellation once the product has been delivered.
www.pumpular.com does not offers a return or exchange policy since products are sold in AS-IS.
