Let’s start with the working principle first. The structure of the Hiblow air pump is made of aluminium. Aluminium body allows heat dissipation better than plastic. Pump works on double diaphragm system which means there are 2 diaphragms attaches to permanent magnet bar. The repulsion force between the electromagnet and the magnet bar causes movement of magnet bar. This movement makes a frequency relative to the power source and changes the area of the gap between the diaphragm rubber sheet and the housing.
When magnet bar moves to the right, right diaphragm compresses and pumps out the air. Left diaphragm makes suction on the same movement. Then, process repeats. Under this working principle, air will be generated continuously.
